Returns and Exchanges
Customer satisfaction is our top priority. Even though due to logistic limitation we currently only accept returns and exchanges for customers located in the United States and Canada, please contact us if you are located in other regions. We will try our best to provide resolution to your issue. For any customer requesting returns and exchanges, it shall meet the following conditions:
1. Damaged Products Upon ArrivalIf your product arrives damaged, you must contact us within 7 days of receipt to request a return or exchange. Photos of the damaged item will be required as proof.
2. Incorrect Size
For rings or size-specific items, we accept exchanges if the product does not fit, provided the item has not been worn or damaged. Notify us within 7 days of receipt to arrange an exchange. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs of the exchange.
3. Condition of Returned Products
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must:
- Be unworn and unused
- Be in its original packaging
- Include the original receipt or proof of purchase
Please note that the shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount for all returns.
Refunds
Refunds are offered only under the following circumstances:
1. Product Lost During Shipping
If your product is confirmed lost during shipping, you are eligible for a full refund. Please contact us promptly if your order has not arrived by the estimated delivery date.
2. Product Defects
If the product has manufacturing defects, you may request a full refund or replacement. You must contact us within 7 days of receiving the defective product and provide evidence of the defect (e.g., photos).
Conditions for Refunds
- Original Condition: For refunds due to product defects, the item must not show signs of wear or intentional damage.
- Timeframe: Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of receipt of the product. After this period, no refund requests will be considered.
- Return Shipping: In cases where a return is required to process a refund, the customer is responsible for the return shipping unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
- Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or lost products.
